For Enhanced Fleet Security
A second level of connectivity is offered to professionals through the Mobus eTrack ACTIA telematics beacon.
Telematics beacon
Mobus eTrack ACTIA
Integrated into the system and powered by the e-bike’s battery, it communicates directly with the controller, enabling periodic system diagnostics and dedicated usage alerts. The features below provide an overview of the extensive capabilities of this equipment:
- Automatic Reporting of the Full Electrical System Diagnosis: SOC, SOH, error and usage counters (shocks, overvoltage, overcurrent, out-of-range temperature), and measured parameters (voltage, current, battery capacity).
- Fleet geolocation with position feedback and odometer per bike.
- Configurable alarms with buzzer (Geofencing, overspeed, underspeed, shock). Geofencing and shock alarms detect attempted theft, even when the system is switched off.
- FOTA: Firmware Over-The-Air update, Factory Reset.
- Switch the bike to stolen mode. In this case, the module's 500mAh back-up battery provides 6 months' autonomy.

Cybersecurity First
Providing secure products and services while protecting our assets, as well as those of our clients and partners, is our top priority. ACTIA has obtained ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems.
ACTIA takes into account the risks associated with the growing connectivity in the mobility sector throughout the entire lifecycle of its products and services. Every potential threat or act of malice is identified, the associated risks are analyzed, and appropriate countermeasures are deployed. The ACTIA cybersecurity team supports its clients to facilitate the consideration of all these aspects. It also integrates the GDPR aspect, with a DPO certified by the CNIL and a company culture built around these values.
