- Interactive dashboard during rides with customizable widgets (speed, battery level, mileage, travel time, calories burned, CO2 savings, weather conditions).
- Guided navigation with Géovélo, suggesting the most suitable cycling route.
- Ride tracking and access to past journeys, including usage statistics (average speed, average assistance level, distance traveled, energy, and calories consumed).
- Electric bike locking system for secure parking.
- Bike-sharing feature with access control for other users.
- Automatic updates for the electric system.
- Simplified diagnostic access to the electric system when needed.

For Professionals
The application provides restricted access to the maintenance section of the Mobus eBikes ACTIA app, primarily designed to assist workshop technicians during periodic or corrective maintenance of e-bikes. Once logged into the app with a dedicated account, the technician can access the following services:
- Complete diagnosis and summary of faults detected on the electrical system.
- Step-by-step guidance for fault resolution.
- FOTA, Firmware Over-The-Air update; Factory Reset.
- Contact with ACTIA Micromobilité after-sales service when necessary, with a stock of spare parts immediately available.

Web platform
The Mobus platform is the application's web counterpart. With the same login details, it offers complementary functionalities to those available on the smartphone.
For the cyclist, 4 tabs are accessible:
- Dashboard: A dynamic map displays the last known position of your bike(s) and their identification.
- Bikes: A list of bikes is displayed, with the following information for each one: Bike name / Date and time of last connection / Connection status / Pin code of owned bikes and associated role / Bike deletion.
- Bike details : List of recorded routes, with extended real-time visibility for each, in addition to app stats, speed, calories and altitude, then the complete route / Complete usage statistics on a rolling week/month/year basis / Odometer / SOC battery.
- Tickets: In the event of a problem, he can open a ticket on his bike, sent directly to his dealer, containing the information needed for remote diagnosis and any additional files such as photos. He can also opt for follow-up by e-mail once the ticket has been declared.
- FAQ: access to tips and tricks for the ideal use of your EAB.
For the professional dealer or fleet manager:
The web platform becomes an indispensable tool for maintaining links with their cycling customers. In particular, it enables them to remotely carry out technical diagnostics on each of the bikes they manage, thus avoiding cyclists having to immobilize their 2-wheelers.

- Tickets: Here you can view all the tickets sent to you by cyclists using your bikes. He can then take action on each of them, and closely follow up with his customers.
